I'm scouting out my next purchase and have a few in mind. I'd welcome your feedback on the following:
    1. 19X
    2. VP9
    3. Tisas Regent BR9 - Hi Power clone

Primarily for range as I have my carry and home defense sorted out. Thanks!

From your list I would pick the VP9 , it will have the best trigger . Not on your list but at the top of mine , is the CZ75 , as a range gun .

Just go to Bud's and read the views on 75 B , that or the SA would be my choice in a CZ75 .

I have the 75B SA great gun but not as flat shooting as my SP-01 but only a $50-$75 difference in price.
Then the CZ Shadow 2 will kill the SP-01 for nearly double the price.
From there you start doubling the price again, a (TSO) to up the Shadow 2.

For a range gun an SP-01 variant @ $600-$900 is a great choice.
Buy once cry once with the Shadow 2 @ $1000-$1300.

I don't like the weight of the SP-01 and the Shadow if you plan on carrying on the hip at all , but it makes the felt recoil nothing . Even the 75 is getting up there in weight at 36oz. . I was also trying to stay around the VP9 price since the CZ was not on his list . The SP01 is close and would make a fine range pistol , I just wouldn't use it for anything else , except home defense and he said he has that covered .

VP9 looks the best as a range gun. My other choice is a CZP09, or a Glock 17L

Lots of people carry the SP-01 just as they do with heavy 1911’s.
Wearing it, especially just around the range definitely ain’t gonna kill ya.
I was wrong, it’s only a $20 difference between the 75b SA and SP-01 and you get the much better truglo tritium NS on the SP-01.
I’d also go for the safety version over decocker version as it gives more ready condition options with less moving parts in the trigger group.

The 75 is closer to the weight of a 1911 than a 40.7oz. SP-01 and even heavier Shadow .

I would go with the VP9.

But I do like the above idea of the G34 for a range gun as an added option!

Make sure you shoot a VP9 before buying one. They are great pistols but they irritate some people's trigger finger (myself included) with the trigger clearance "trench" in the bottom of the trigger guard. It was bad enough for me that I traded my VP9 after just a couple of hundred rounds. If they get rid of that, like they did with the SK version, I'll buy another one immediately!

My VP9 trigger guard chewed the chit out of my trigger finger so down the road it went. Best feeling striker trigger I’ve tried though.
Don’t care for the Glock ergo’s so down the road my G34 went.
Don’t like the newer curved trigger on the CZ’s but a $35 85c trigger and I’m good to go.
