That is a nice "do everything" bike.

    Enjoy and stay safe!

I had my eye on a Kawasaki ZX12. I took that one for a test ride, loved it!!

BUT, when I took my wife on it. She did not like the back seat at all on the ZX12. Now on the Bandit, no problem at all. I feel I got the best "bang" for my buck. Great engine, comfort, and easy to take a passenger. All I want to do to it is swap out the canister for something louder. For it being a 1250, it is very quiet.

If I were to buy a bike tomorrow, I'd probably want something like the BMW K1200S. Plenty of power, comfortable, refined, well-engineered, with ABS, Electronic Suspension Adjustment, Automatic Stability Control, and a sexy look.

Congratulations on the new Bandit. I test rode one and I was pretty impressed with it. They even make factory cases for it.

Corbin has a nice seat for the Bandit 1250.

Very nice ride you have there. My 1250 is fuel injected. Have all the Bandits been injected? I am still having to get used to no choke lever. Hot or cold, she starts right up.

I looked at one when I was dead set to get a new bike last summer. It didn't work out, but the sales manager at the dealer that I know (my brother used to work there so he doesn't jerk me around) who has a gazillion miles under his belt and has ridden damn near everything made was just going on and on about the Bandit 1250. He said if he had to buy only one bike the 1250 would be it. He was trying to talk me out of the more expensive FZ-1 because he like the 1250 that much.

BTW your color is a lot better than the one they had. I am guessing yours is an '08 model? The one they had was blue and silver and I just wasn't digging it.

Seeing yours is making me rethink my position on possibly owning the 1250. It really is damn nice looking.
