    Hey,

Got this beauty on the weekend. Traded my Desert Eagle away for a good price and picked this up. I was itching for another .44 after I got rid of my other one, so I picked up this S&W 50th anniversary 29-10 .44 magnum.

This gun appears to have never been fired and was traded in for something else. Came with a nice wooden box with velvet inlay. Very nice piece.

Overall, I am very happy with this firearm. Will probably stay in the safe until I purchase a 629 for shooting.

You may ask why I got rid of the Desert Eagle. I got it on a whim, shot it a few times, wasn't happy and got rid of it. To anyone wanting to buy one just to have one, don't. Invest in a nice revolver or get a S&W 500mag instead. That's what I'm gonna do to get my "big and bad" out of my system anymore.

Anyone else have any of these 50th anniversary S&W models? I saw a .45LC when I purchased this one that was really nice also. Not sure what other models they have in the 50th.

Good day and thanks for looking.

    Very nice.

    I've got a 29-10 in bright nickle.

I actually like my 29-2 much better. I don't care much for the Smiths with the stupid frame lock.

Here's my pinned and recessed 29-2.
