Does that SIG have a bend, in the trigger guard, under the trigger?
Sorry for you, got SIG 2022 , should be similar to yours , waiting for a chance to swap it to Glock. I've seen Chinese manuals written better. There no chance to field strip the gun if you follow the manual. And words embedded into the frame of the gun in nice freindly letters 'Read the manual' not even funny, reminds me of stuff from the Kommunists block. Feel realy aukward in hand. Even with good SA trigger, after shooting Glocks exclusive for some time couldn't hit a s***t with it, SIG accuracy my a**. So far no gun beats my 17... OK except for my black rifle.

They are good, reliable, accurate, and durable pistols. Long, heavy trigger pull though.

The manual has PICTURES, figure A-E with my 229, with excellent instructions on field stripping. I feel bad for you if you couldn't figure it out...
