my new kydex holster and more

    some of you may remember i was looking for a kydex holster...
    i found a great guy by the name of james at jt holsters...

    he is a terrific guy to deal with...
    give him a shout via email...(all his info is on his site)

    his workmanship is A +!! i am very happy with his results!!
    he currently can do:
    glock 9/40
    m&p 9/40
    lc9 and sr9

    Post those pictures on the 1911 forums and every response will be in indignation about how you are going to completely ruin the finish of your gun.

    I own a kimber thatll be wrapped in kydex too...
    Ive spent god knows how much on holsters, and none have made me as happy as this one...
    Ive seen carry guns, including 1911's that are rubbed and scratched and all around no longer attractive...
    And they are treasured...
    Way i see it, it doesnt have to be pretty to save your life...

    Most 1911's are pieces of art so kydex is much tougher on the finish than leather. However with enough use both will show wear in time. With a glock who cares whatever is more functional.
