Trade my Taurus revo for this one. Haven't had the time to shoot it yet. Hopefully this weekend.

Excellent pistol, good accuracy, reliable design, and fun as hell. Just try to find original spare mags, which may be a challenge, but all in all a great plinker!

Thanks guys. Factory mags are bountiful, I already got a spare from MidwayUSA. Getting the ammo is the challenge.

22LR. Supply is low. Centerfire no problem as I reload.

22 lr was scarce at the beginning to the middle of last year here. Now, every Wal-Mart I go to has in stock of Dynapoints, Winchester 333 Bulk, and Winchester Wildcats.

Some say that the American Eagle 40 gr solid is quite accurate.

Walmart here (CA) is still dry. Lots of 22short but I prefer to stock 22LR. Big 5 have lots of 22LR but at $25 per brick.

I have back-order from Cabela's hopefully they can ship next week.

I wish we had lots of .22s to choose from here. I would love to get a buckmark too. No armscor there? Funniest thing - the subsonic and standard vel are pretty decent ammo for pistols - better then rem

I have about 3600 rds of Armscor with green label. Turner's and other online site carries it. I paid @ $22 per thousand.

yup, even with armscor guns its the same. is it using price controls to limit guns ownership?

actually i sometimes make an issue over gun stuff being expensive, but come to think of it, what if it was so affordable, i think that's scarier.

I think it's more of a mentality thing.
Armscor will be in trouble once the US market boycotts their products, which they usually do in order to make the companies doing business in the US do what the consumer wants.
Dito kasi sa Pinas ang Filipino consumer just takes whatever crap comes. Tinitiis lang and walang concerted effort to push for what they want.
Matagal magwala ang mga tao dito hence the higher prices.

    But that's just me.

    Nice pistol vega.

plus no local competition at all. I wish another company would put up shop and load all major/mainstream ammo. e.g .22 5.56, .45 9mm and .40.

Add .38 Special, .38 Super +P, 12 ga and 20 ga shotshells (yes, there are lots of 20 ga shotguns in hibernation because Armscor only sell limited amounts of 20 ga ammo and not in buckshot).
