Good job on getting a Gen3 instead of the Gen4 in this model!

I dont really like the feel of the Gen4 so a Gen3 was where it was at for me. Im very happy to finally step into the world of Glock. I was and still am a Taurus owner not a happy one but none the less. I am however a HAPPY GLOCK OWNER!!!

In this event of purchasing a Glock 19, you have every right to run around your den giggling like a 3 year old. Congrats!!

Anxious to hear the range report. I'm curious if you are going to have any Gen4 issues.

    How 'bout them Hawks!!
Hi Mr. Tatted. I am a fellow Taurus owner too. I have the PT 111 Pro 9mm and a model 605 2" snubbie .357. Both of these guns are fun to shoot and have never malfunctioned on me. I have at least 500 rounds through the PT 111. I thought it was pretty light weight until I got my G19. I was really surprised to find the Glock lighter than the Taurus, and that's with a 1.5 oz. brass but plug.

What is it that you don't like about the Taurus? :headscratch:

Well I have a 24/7 G2 in the 9mm I've owned it for less than a year and have had to send it in to Taurus twice for repairs already first was at 800 rounds and the firing pin broke inside the slide so I sent it in the sight were also goofy so I had them switch them out then got it back in 4 days which was great it shot great felt good put another 200 rounds through and the new front sight fell off had to send it in again took 3 weeks this timeout shoots great and I like the way it feels but this all happened in the first 5 months of owning it not a good start if you ask me. So it hasn't been the best experience for me with Taurus I will give them thumbs up for service and fixing it when it broke but still those problems should have never happened at least not that soon.
