I was even using the $3.99 Polish mags from Classic Firearms and this thing just kept on running!!! The 40-round Chinese mag is a given that it would work flawlessly!

Yes, but next time I'm going to bring my M70AB2 Underfolder that I bought in 2007!

    I know. I procrastinate!

Procrastination is one of my finer attributes!!

You reminded me that I have 6 or 7 original F/A Yugo parts kits with barrels...underfolders and straight stock models, sheetmetal and milled models still in cosmoline.

I may just have to drag them out and start building ;)

Dude, start sending them to Two Rivers Arms in Oklahoma City, OK!

I sent them my Romanian G kit with original barrel and they built it into an awesome rifle! Their specialty is making Yugo rifles look like they were brought back from Iraq as War trophies! You should check them out.

I'll check them out, thanks. And 'no problem with your last remark, as these Yugo rifles saw decent use before they were demilled, so they're halfway there!

Geez my mind just reminded me that I a few FAL kits w/barrels, and also a complete 8mm Yugo parts kit with orignal scope, but that one I've been threatening to send to Mario's Piece of History after I locate the proper receiver...talk about being built like the proverbial brick poop house!

    Enjoy your Yugo's!

My one and only AK, and probably the only one ever. I do enjoy the Underfolder, and AK's seem to have a common trait. They run and run. Fun to shoot and with the right ammo are quite formidable.
    Enjoy
