So ive been lurking for a while and i finally got around to posting on the forums here. Just wanted to show off the grendel i built and my new matching (first handgun btw) Glock 23 i picked up this weekend at the gunshow! sorry about the crappy cell phone pic

I like the Grendel if for nothing else but the name (but it is a great round too).

How's that Grendel shoot? Recoil? Ideas of getting a Grendel are what got me into wanting an AR in the first place...I just cheaped out and shoot .223. I think if I could only have on AR though a Grendel might be the way I would go...the Grendel tops the .223 in knockdown power and has way more accuracy potential than the Ak round. It is well named too...

Awsome rifle man! The Grendel is a great round! Can hardley go wrong with .308 performance from an AR15 lower. This is certainly on my short list.

it shoots damn good. recoil isnt bad at all and yea its built on Alex arm upper and lower receivers

Where are you getting your ammo from?

i usually stock up if i find good deals at gunshows or if not usually order off midway. i do keep my brass because my buddy reloads for his grendel and i use his press when i go over
