Hey everyone, just picked up my first gun ever and it happens to be a GLOCK 20. After lurking around glocktalk for a while I was thrilled to come across the 10 ring forum where it not only helped me choose what model Glock I wanted but where the enthusiasm and pride for the 10mm is abundant.
    Here's a couple quick pictures

My first Glock was also a G20. It would have been a G21, but as I had just finished a 1911A1 for my son, I heard a small voice telling me.."hey dad, you're out of .45 ammo again".

    Hence the G20.
    It was a start.
    WELCOME !

Congrats on a great first buy! My first Glock was the 20 too and did nothing but totally exceed my expectations; setting me up for other Glock purchases. Stay safe and enjoy!

    Congratulations !!!
You will find as I have that the 10mm and G20 make a great platform.
10mm is almost my favorite now, 22LR still holds out for me, too much history with it growing up I guess.
I have several projects going with the 10mm and you will soon have also.
Just have an automatic withdrawal from your pay check to go into a 10mm fund.

    Good luck,
    David

    :welcome:

If the 10 Ring was like the NFL...

we'd welcome "theRookie" to our ranks by going to a shooting range and charge range fees & ammo to theRook's credit card.:tongueout:

    Consider reloading.

You can make some nuclear 135 grain rounds up to some soft-recoiling or hard-hitting 200 grainers.

    Welcome to the Party:thumbsup:
