Hello, I just picked up a Glock 19 -- it's my first Glock!

Haven't been to the range yet, but am going to try to work in a trip this week. While it's been lightly used (< 300 rds) it's in near mint condition and came with a number of upgrades, including Trijicon sights, 3.5# connector, an extended slide stop and a "smooth" G17 trigger. Don't understand that last item, but am hoping to figure it out soon.

Looking forward to learning a lot on this forum!

p.s. I'm assuming the sights and connector would keep me out of the "stock" class at a GSSF match?

    Congrats!
The smooth trigger means no serrations like some Glock triggers.
My two G22's have smooth trigger faces while my G23 has verticle serrations on the trigger face.

My first Glock 14 years ago was a G23...
    My first G19 was Tuesday...

    Go figure...

    Congrats on your new addition!
BTW you will love your G19...

So, you mean serrations on the sear, right?

Sorry, I am not a trigger expert!

I darn near went with a G21, but with the cost and availability of 45 in my area, I decided to go with the G19 and work my way up.
