My first Glock 21

    Well, I finally buy a Glock 21..W/O Rail. It very strange holding a glock..Since I have been using a Sig P220 all the time. Next week...I'll go on the range. One thing I notice that the glide rod is plastic. Do any body know where to get a
    metal glide rod. And how to change it!:wow:

    Don't waste your money. Its a plastic gun. The plastic guide rods hold up fine. Spend your extra cash on ammo for that thing.

    Congrats, the felt recoil of the 21 is substantially lighter than a 220.

    +1, don't waste your money on steel guide rods. the plastic one's work fine.

    New plastic ones were $6.01 from OMB Express. They are closing out Glock products. Not all mags are in stock but the ones that are, $18.99.

    I maybe would get a factory spare. I don't see the need for metal guide rods.
