My first dry ribs...

    I did these the other day. My first attemp at cooking ribs dry. All and all, I don't think they turned out to bad...

    I learned from the slab on the left not to place the meat to close to the opening in the smoke chamber. The heat coming through is a bit much... Took about 2 1/2 hours...

    If you look closely, you can see I did a bit of nibbleing...

    God how I love Ribs...:)

    I second that. I LOVE ribs too. However, my preference is beef ribs...But, if there aint nothing else, pork will do :)

    They look great. I do country ribs dry, then just before they are done (about 30 min to go) I add bbq sauce. Serve with cole slaw and jalapena corn bread.

    PORK ribs are the only way to go. How bout a recipe for the jalepeno corn bread!!!

    Use Jiffy Mix and add enough drained jalepenos for your taste.
