A few weeks ago I posted about how I was considering picking up a Del-ton rifle because I thought it would be adequate and I was trying to be as cheap as possible.

Well I came to my senses and picked up my LMT Defender complete lower today and placed my order for a BCM 16" middy, BMC BCG, MI T12 free float, MBUS sights and 2 PMags. Now I just have to wait for my friendly neighborhood UPS man. Should give me enough time to start gathering ammo.

Good deal. Show us the pics when you have it put together. Nice choices.

Well I guess it technically is not a build because I'll just end up pinning the complete lower and upper together. I had every intention of buying a stripped lower, but I found a good deal on the complete lower and would not have saved much. I'll be sure to post up some pics as soon as it arrives.

We covered some of this on another thread, but I am sure that
your are going to love your BCM middy, excellent choice.
I bought a BCM upper and lower last year and it's a great rifle, I
am well pleased with mine, can't recommend them enough.
Colt, Noveske, LMT, a lot of great manufacturers and rifles out
there, but I think BCM is as good as any of them.
You have a great rifle going there with the parts you've chosen.
Now ammo, mags, and some range time. Enjoy.
