The trigger is really good out the box but they actually get better after about 2k rds.
And I have become a fan of being able to activate the magazine release with my trigger finger.

I love the HK style mag release. I would have it on all my guns if I could.

Congrats on your new HK. First but certainly not your last. Shoot it well.

I do like the VP9. A very nice shooting gun. I have posted a target here before that I shot the FBI qual course with it. A nice tight group.

    I have 6 HKs now :)

Sig and Glock can’t carry HK’s water. Once you break in an HK, nothing else satisfies.

    Nice!

I have a USP. I am thinking of trading it for a VP9.

    It's pretty nice
I've got five, all different models. HK is special, like Glock but in a higher quality way, imo. Both are my faves. Hammer fired HK's and striker fired Glocks for me.

Sig and Glock rule the roost. Just look at their model lineups. H&K is focused on making fewer models but offers a very high-quality product. Just look at their machine guns!

I own 3, all hammer fired. I have a buddy who owns 3 different VP’s, he keeps telling me I don’t know what I’m missing!

Handled a .45 Expert yesterday, sorry, a VP will have to wait a little longer! Great looking pistol Slugo!

I like my VP9. Great shooting pistol and fits me well. Its easily one of my favorite striker fired pistols and it is my carry gun at this point. All of my friends who have shot it were rather impressed and most are Glock fans.

I have some USP9 Experts. They are a great pistol.

I have seen a car analogy that Glocks are the "Toyota" of pistols and HK is like "Lexus". The Glock is more utilitarian and the HK is more refined.
