    My background :
    New shooter (since last November):
Range practice once a week 200 - 300 rounds slow firing and point shooting (12' to 21').
    I have G19 (gen3) and G30.
Before the purchase of those two, I had a 1911.
I wanted to get G19 (for lower cost of ammo), and I was going to get G30 eventually.
However, I ended up trading 1911 for G30 (came home with G19).

I shoot better with G30, I pretty much stopped shooting G19, and I will trade G19 for my next purchase.
I want to stay with the same frame size as G30.
I wanted to get G32/33 but I changed my mind due to different frame size.

My list of future purchase is:
    Gen4 G21
    G29
(plan to get conversion barrels for. 357sig & .40)

Many members here were very pleased with Gen4 G21.
I had a feeling that I would like it but I am be afraid of grip/frame size being different from G30.
I am thinking getting this later, maybe Christmas time.

I am leaning toward to G29 but undecided to go with either G29 or G29SF.

If I get G29SF, and if I like it, I would want my G30 to be G30SF. If I do not like the G29SF, I want it to be G29.

    Any inputs would be appreciated.

I would choose the G29. If you have small to medium sized hand, then the G29SF is probably the way to go. However, My G30 is not an SF & I grip it well, & never an issue. I'm 5'4" & I have medium sized hands. The one negative about the 10mm is the ammo cost & availabity, unless you reload, or if you have lots of cash!

I have to add that I held G29SF (off the shelf) yesterday after range time with G30, and felt nice (I may like it but do not know until shoot it).
I wish ranges around here have G19/30 SF rental.

    Thank you both for inputs.

If I go for G29, I will go with regular, not SF since I have regular G30.

I am debating either to go with G29 or Gen4 21 now.
Maybe I should be buying another G30 but I want a different gun.

    Gen4 21 makes sense keeping .45.
G29 makes sense keeping it the same size and wanting to shoot different gun and caliber(s).

I guess I will find out by Friday (going to LGA).
