We had a meeting at the salt mine yesterday of an afternoon. He stood there and told us the company we clean for are sayin we are doing a wonderful job, he the starts chewin on us tellin us he don't think we are dong the best job in the world. What the hell is up with that, if the company is happy then he should be also, I mean it's a freakin paper mill for Christ sake, It's impossible to keep the place spotless
I used to work for an operations manager just as bad. I worked third shift then. The guy was a total drunk and ho-chaser. He worked day shift. He would close the bars down and come to work to crash and sleep it off in his office. Many a night he would come in and right off gather the whole dept together and chew us out, telling us what poor workers we were. Then 3-4 hours later he would come out of his office and thank everybody for doing such a good job. We used to laugh our arses off at him and his antics.
Some people's life mission is to just annoy and be a ***** to others. Kill em with kindness...they hate it
man i know what you mean, mine is a ***** also. always room for improvement type mentality. i just wanna do my project the best i can, learn some while doing it, and then get the heck outta there so i can get on to the important things, like fishing.
I have felt for years that I have a darker than normal soul...but when the chips are down, my employer is the only person in the world I truly hate. Doesn't help that I am the only employee for the past 3 out of 6 years...
some boss`s only know two ways to motivate "you guys suck so hurry up" or "hurry up or i`ll fire you" and with any luck he was directing it to the slackers under his supervision and not the worker.(you) and yeah, the client`s happy,so is the boss should be the rule.
Well, if your boss is that bad, you can quit. I'm sure there are lot of out-of-work folks who would like to work for an "***".
I play the lottery in the hopes that one day I can knock my boss on his *** and just walk away from my job
I wonder if your boss got his spot straight out of college or had to work his way up the ladder. I can't stand new bosses straight out of school.
