After waiting for 1 month, it finally came.

One thing I noticed was the trigger pull was very hard but after oiling the connector & trigger bar, I think it got softer..or maybe it was because of the excessive dry firing?

Mukhang pangit tong snap cap na nabili ko, one day pa lang laspag na. A zoom ang brand.

Any last minute advice before I break this baby in? sana merong makasabay na BOGS!

Gamitan mo ng liha yung conn and bar para konti lang ang friction. Hanapin mo yung pinaka-pino, 1000 yata.

what i did in my g22 with stock 5pnds connector is polished the connector and the trigger bar until it really shine somehow im not sure why it makes it smoother actually a brother BOGs dropby few day ago we compare with his g17 with 3.5pnds connector mine is a little smoother than his g17... if its work for me it can work to anybody who owns a glock.... have a nice day

i have 3 glocks, all have 3.5 connectors, one feels too mushy, one's kinda ok, but the g35 feels very crisp with a clean break. switched connectors, ganun parin feel nila.

    jhun,

    Congrats on your new gun.

Maybe you've been used to SA or DA/SA triggers? I also found the glock's trigger pull hard at first. You'll get used to it with lots of dry firing.

I recently tried the 0.25$ trigger job using 600 and 800 grit sandpapers (can't find the 1000 grit anywhere) and Autosol.

I can't really tell if it's now smoother, but the take-up seems lighter. To borrow MR_BIG's term, it feels mushy. Maybe I took off to much metal?

    I'll try a 3.5 connector next.

BTW, detail stripping a glock is not so bad after all.

You can get 1000 grit or higher grit sandpaper at any paintshop or paint center. :)

Hi Cris. ;f Kayang kaya mo lumaban sa production. ^c

Hindi sya legal sa production kasi your trigger pull will be less than 5lbs once you install the 3.5lb connector. Although you can install a NY spring to bring it up again. Net result of this combination is you will only remove the 2-stage feel of the trigger pull.

Mukhang out of stock yata 3.5lb connector sa mga local shops ngayon. If ever, you can try to ask Trust Trade, Twin Pines or Final Option.

    Thanks everyone!

I'll try the $0.25 GLOCK trigger & the sanding maybe after a 1000 rounds.....hopefully by then I am very much used to shooting my boomer.

The first thing I plan to do is buy the Pachmayr rubber grips.

Paul, casmot, pag wlang laro at meron kayong practice sa Marikina, paki post lang po at ng makasama...this time meron na kong ipuputok! (At sana mataon pang umaga ako sa work!)

Mirko128, hope to see you at the range someday...practice muna ako!

MR_BIG, do you usually shoot sa Makati? ...hope to meet you one of this days!

for the 3.5 connector, I think somebody posted something about Trust Trade having stocks by March?

    guys,
meron kami member nka g17 pinalitan namin ng 3.5lb. connector, sa rcbs trigger pull guage 5.5 lbs pa din sya if you put the guage in the middle of the trigger, its only when you put the guage at the bottom of the trigger that you get a 3.5lb. pull, from what i've read from vince pinto's post from ipsc village i think they put the guage in the middle....so 3.5lb connector is still legal in production;f

    btw,
jhun i think i saw a ghost rocket sa final option mcs, that would be a good buy cos you get a connector and an overtravel stop;f

    good luck, stay safe;f
