I made some for lunch today. They are good! But I feel an arterial blockage now. Recipe: Prepare a dry rub of: three parts garlic powder, one part black pepper, one part salt, a pinch of ground basil, and a pinch of chile pepper. Take boneless/skinless chicken thighs or breasts, and slice into strips approximately four inches long and two inches wide. Sprinkle the dry rub on each side, rub it in, and wrap a strip of bacon around. Pan fry on a pre-heated pan, with an optional splash of white wine around the bottom. Don't let the bacon get too burned, and make sure it doesn't separate from the chicken when flipped. Serve and eat with the bacon on. Anyone else make these? How do you season?
