So after about 120 posts, I figure I should probably introduce my little slice of perfection...
Do the C models cost more?
Yes, they do.
The difference really depends on where you make the purchase.
The screen name matches the avatar, since PBR is like drinking urine from a can. Great choice on the gun, though!
It all does the same thing...
True that. Have you ever shot a G22 before? If so, how much does the compensated barrel really help with the recoil?
The 22 is definitely punchier...the 22C mainly just helps with muzzle flip.
I was going to pick up a 22C but was informed that they can be a pain to shoot in low light conditions.
Urban legend...the flash does nothing but look flippin' awesome...
I did however run into a different issue concerning low light. After 100 rounds or so, the front sight gets a bit dirty and not-so-easy to see. With a rag, its not really an issue.
The 22C turns heads at the range...for sure.
Love the C models! Thanks for sharing the pics!
Nice Glock! The compensator stuff isn't for me though. I had a Smith & wesson .357 powerport, and I will never get another ported barrel. Sometimes you need a compensator (.50bmg rifles & handguns well over .44mag. in power) The rubber grip thing too! You must have tender hands.
haha, I actually like the Hogue for the added thickness in the palms...feels very secure.
Just kidding. My brother in-law uses one on his G17, but he also put the Punisher slide plate on. I can't help but tease him.
id say about 50-80 bucks more i paid 550 plus tax about 600 for my 19c
I want a ported glock
My point exactly. My 22C was only $25 more than a regular 22.
Looks sweet, great shots.
Nice pics. Congrats
