I've been on vacation for the holidays, and as usual, I stay up until 6AM every day, then sleep during the day. Monday I have to go back to work, so I don't want to be exhausted due to lack of sleep Sunday night. I just took a couple sleeping pills and hope that will be enough to knock me out tonight so that I get back on a regular sleep schedule. Any suggestions? I worked out today as well to try to make myself tired. But as you can see it is 12:16 AM and I am still up. I feel like it is 11:00 in the morning!!
