Where do you get your music, and what format do you get your music in:headscratch:
I mostly buy CD's, and iTunes. I buy from iTunes the one hit wonder songs and if there is a group that only had one or two good songs on an album. The rest is CD format:music:

Lots of music from the City library. Awesome place to find whatever you want.

iTunes for mass market stuff I am really keen on--this I do least of all.
Russian online distributors for mass market stuff I am not keen on enough to pay full price for.
Direct from artists when I can.

I listen to a lot of foreign music I couldn't get in the US, though. And I acquire those tunes via groups that are kind enough to distribute such things via the internet. That's most of my music.

Read Terrorizer, pick the stuff that reviews decently...get stuff burned from friends.
Some radio too, though most our 'rock' stations suck ass...so usually radio is for news, talk or games.

emusic, some Itunes and digging through the used vinyl bins at record stores, flea markets and goodwills.

Rhapsody, to me, is easily worth the 10 bucks a month, as it lets me preview 90% of the music I'm interested in checking out. Their iPhone app is pretty good...it's like having a huge jukebox with an almost infinite library at my disposal (as long as I have good reception.

iTunes for the past 3 or so years. So far we've purchased 104 songs from there.

When I hear some killer hip-hop, I follow my ears to the ghetto-cruiser in question, stick a gun in their faces, and walk off with the goods. Only in bad parts of town.

Seriously, lots of friends with a huge collective CD stash, and a few downloads....

My main collection is stored on my computer, for the living room I have it synced with AppleTV, for portability I use iPod and my phone.

As far as acquiring media, I download sometimes (legally), also sometimes I buy CD's of stuff I think might be good to have an entire track list. I usually try to get CD's used instead of new too. It is a rare thing for me to buy a CD, I cannot even remember the last time I bought a new CD.

Once I get the CD I rip it to my iTunes and store the physical media.

Torrents and rips from my old CD collection. I'll buy a CD on occasion but only if I'm sure I like every song on it...

If there's something I hear that I can't find ANYWHERE else and it's too much of a hassle to record it direct from Pandora or Slacker, I'll buy it from iTunes.

But that's extremely rare, and only when somebody gives me a gift card for Christmas.

I steal all my music from Youtube and I use the minicassette format. I used to use cassettes(full size) and CDs but they are outdated.
