I may be overlooking the obvious, but when I cut and paste part of a spreadsheet from MS Exel to MS Word, I can't seem to get the gridlines to print.

Sure, they show up on the MS Word document, but not in "Print Preview" or on the hard copy ("Print") from the printer.

What I am doing wrong? [IMG]

    Thank you.

It's pasting it in as a table. Highlight the cells and right-click then go to borders and shading. Add borders.

Or, if you highlight the cells within Excel and add borders prior to copying, they should come across into Word as well.

    Thank you!!!
    It worked. :)

My version of Excel had the borders listed under the "Format Cell" option.
