Without buying more software; can I....

    1. Send group emails (that part is easy I know)
    And
    2. Have each email list the recipient’s name only in the To: line.?
    And
    3. Have each recipients name automatically entered in the body's salutation (i.e. Dear Steve,)?

I want to send group emails without being too obvious.

I use Incredimail. it has the 'Bcc' box. it will list the recipient’s name only.

I'm pretty sure that you have it as well, every version of Outlook back to 97 has it, it's even available in OL express. When you create a new e-mail it only shows the "To & CC", if you click on either of them to select an address from your contacts you will see the BCC option.

If Word is your e-mail editor, open a new message, click the arrow to the right of the Options button, and then click BCC. If you use the Outlook e-mail editor, in a new message, on the View menu, click the BCC Field.
