Gang, I'd like to purchase an MP3 player to which I could download my favorite tunes. Can one of those adapters that's used with CD players that plugs into your car's tape deck be used. I'd like to be able to hear the music on my vehicle's speakers. I have such an adapter on my CD Walkman that works quite well but don't know if it would work with an MP3 player. I haven't bought one yet. Just researching. Thanks.

These work great, too, but you might want to buy two NiMH AAA's for it!!

Is that an 8-track car tape player?I have an adapter to use casette tapes in an 8-track player. It works great in the car.The casette tapes take the Summer heat better than the 8-track tapes.

Washington, it's a casset tape. Fastfvr, I didn't know such an item existed. Yeah, I bet it's a battery hog. Modgun, good to know the adapter will work. Thanks all.
