    https://www.foxnews.com/us/man-who-...-kyle-rittenhouse-in-kenosha-has-been-charged

"The man who admitted firing gunshots before Kyle Rittenhouse gunned down two people and wounded a third during a protest in Kenosha, Wis., has been charged."

"Detectives met with Ziminski and his wife on Oct. 7, where they both admitted he fired a "warning shot" into the air. "

Well, it seems that the "warning shot" is a very good indication that Kyle was in fear of his life. Being chased by a mob and a "warning shot" from behind??

"Detectives met with Ziminski and his wife on Oct. 7, where they both admitted he fired a "warning shot" into the air. The pair also said the firearm was stolen from their home several days prior."

    How very convenient...

They probably meant a few days before the interview with the detectives.

“Gunned down”? Wow, there’s some objective description.

Can an ME tell the difference between a 9mm / 40 / 45 (don’t know caliber he had) wound and a 223 rifle wound?

Probably the same day the detective called to set up the interview.

Better than “murdered” I guess, but just barely.

Is warning shot a euphemism for missed?

Seems like some states it's a crime not to report a stolen firearm soon as it's known. Warning shots aka reckless discharge can cause problems too.

With the price of ammunition these days, how can anyone even afford a warning shot?

    (Sorry. I couldn’t resist...)

Here's some background, courtesy of Wisconsin's Circuit Courts. It appears that he would be what we in the law enforcement biz call a "familiar subject" to the police in Racine.

    https://wcca.wicourts.gov/caseDetail.html?caseNo=2020CM001219&countyNo=30&index=0

A lot of traffic charges, at least two carrying concealed charges, a bunch of domestic violence charges (including multiple protective order violations), and multiple paternity tests. Seems like a typical Antifa goon.

ETA: The link takes you to his current charges. From there you can note his identifiers, take them back to the search page, re- enter his info, and get three pages of his WI court activity.

Doesn't DV make one a prohibited person with regards to firearms?

Stupid libs. They don't know the boating accident/police report procedure.

I want to see Rittenhouse (with pardon), Sandman, McCluskies (with pardon), and Assange (with pardon) as guest at the next State of the Union.

I still don't know how the DA conducted a full investigation and within two days charged Kyle with murder in the first degree. That's a heavy charge to put on someone's head in such a short period of time.

Then Trump sent in the FBI and it appears as if there's a lot of eye witnesses and videos that weren't used by the Kenosha cops.

Is this DA another Mike Nifong? There's very little info on the city weirdos in Kenosha.
