Ok. Can i just ask (caz ALL the foregoing really fries my brain at 11:47am after 4 [yes, four] hours in the last two days/nights) .

My question is: ought I have included for Amazon delivery a reasonable sized of Vit. D in the vits & minerals that set up to be delivered to my ex? If so, WHAT mg size for max daily intake for him?

He's a cow milk person. Isn't D supposedly very present in cow milk? Concern for him becoming Hyperkalemia? (btdt, death's door and all that -don't EVAR try to live on Tums again.) I can always order up some D for delivery to his home.

So, ought I have sent/be sending a vit. D supplement, too?

Vitamin D. My understanding - free test on medi-care. Otherwise about $50.

I am waiting for the philanthropists to fund scientific studies of vitamins C and D instead of conquering exotic diseases in far off, distant lands.
