How many of you here have tried the Montana Gold bullets, especially for GSSF shooting? I still haven't settled on a bullet yet!

Ihave tried them many times but I dont like the ogive on MG, too long and sharp. I prefer Zeros.

I like the 147's, which are quite similar to Remington Match 147's. I use an OAL of 1.140 inches. They Ain't Cheap.

I have been shooting strictly Berry's CCLAD 9mm 147 gr RN... they are reasonably priced and the performance has been fantastic.

My shooting partner(s) have been shooting the 10MM/40cal Berry's CCLAD 180 grain FN with outstanding results as well.

We get a club order going with Berry's and it drives the cost down a little so we can practice (more) with the exact bullet/load that we shoot at the matches.

    Best regards,
    Frank

I use Montana Gold bullets for USPSA and GSSF. The 9MM 124gr JHP is one of the most accrete bullets I have ever shot out of a Glock.

MG is all I use in the 40 and I'm going back to them in the 9mm.

I have had good results with West Coast bullets in 115, 124, and 147gr. I like the 147 best.

I do plan to try MG because so many people I know use them and are satisfied.

I have used them with great success in 40 and 9mm. I prefer the 180g fmj and 124g fmj because of the lower price. If you order bulk, try www.lecksguns.com for great pricing...they pay shipping on 8 cases or more.

Don't use Lecks cause she will hit your CC that day and you wait 2 months for your order go with Combat cartrige out of Az and you'll have your order in 8 days with the same or better prices than Lecks. JMO
