I was hoping to buy an extra 9mm extractor at the Lex match but alas, no armorers were there.
Can someone help me. I would like to know if there is any difference between the extractors for 9mm and 40 SW. Where can I order Glock parts?
    Thanks in advance.

    Bruce,

Yes, the extractors for 9mm's and .40's are different. The "hook" of the .40 caliber extractor is slightly angled. There are also different extractors within the 9mm and .40 caliber models depending on whether or not your slide has the 15 degree cut at the rear of the ejection port. If the slide has the 15 degree angle, the extractor will be angled to match it.

I have ordered parts from both Glockmeister.com and Topglock.com and have been happy with their service.

    Hope this helps,

Contrail is correct. I buy parts kits from Glockmeister for all my Glocks, and I see that TopGlock has them, too. Since Glockmeister has changed their website, I don't see the parts kits listed, but I'm sure they still offer them.
