It's a culture war with the potential to become a civil war. I really didn't buy that before, but I can't argue with reality. Hopefully, if it happens, it happens before the government is completely on their side.

Shhhh! Don’t tell the deniers like @powernoodle that. According to them everything is just fine in this country and always will be. There’s no division and hatred in our population and it won’t lead to anything bad for the country’s future.

It's not a culture war. It's an attempt to overthrow the government funded by globalists and fueled by the media.

Well, they can use all the found money after abolishing the police department to fund public works and clean that mess up.

Though, with Minneapolis' prospects looking forward, I'm not sure I'd bother.

Seems to be devolving into a war with reality. Take the MSM and its dissemination of bogus information. What might be referred to as the canonization of George Lloyd. The fantasies of AOC and the (?) progressives. Now for the cherry on top, the reduction or abolishment of our law enforcement agencies with replacement with social workers and mental health workers.
Its like the old Jewish curse, " you should live in interesting times". Wonder what the next battle will reveal.
We might be looking at the same situation that existed on the frontiers of our nation as it developed. Some self reliance required.

I am so glad all of those racist auto parts stores were destroyed. Savagery, nothing but savagery.

Yep, proof that abolishing police departments is a good/sane idea.

How can any sane person look at those images and not be appalled that this was allowed to happen. And now we are attacking the police? All because this nation is racist, even though the actual statistics prove it isn't. Up is down, left is right.

Well there was a lot of grieving.

I never been in one this bad but Ive been in a few bad ones and there is such a thing as mob psychology. Ive even seen it at baseball games when the fans let out if the right opposition is in town or the wrong match up.

There seems to be a tipping point when enough people are in the mob they begin to feel they are faceless and safe to do anything without consequence. Humans are tremendous voyeurs and the stupid creatures will stand there by the thousands watching, especially if the cops are there. Thats why there can be a tremendous traffic lockup over a single trooper pulling over a speeder.

So the Mob pulls in the voyeurs like a Hurricane strengthens when it goes over warmer water and before you know it you have a mindless, faceless mass of uninhibited primates rampaging without consequence. One that outnumbers you 200 to 1. Every single one of them thinking they have a reason for being there, or watching, but in reality they are but using the most primordial part of their brains.

Its why spring breakers will pull off their swim suits and "flash" when a few thousand are watching but never would if 50 were there. Its why a stadium full of people is far more dangerous then one 1/2 full. I call it the "tipping point" and you can usually see it coming before it tips and its pretty scary being in the middle of one.

Was going up there to see the headwaters of the Mississippi, would have passed through the cities.
Guess I will scratch that trip off my bucket list.

It'a a tiny little trickle that keeps getting bigger. You can walk across it like stepping on stones to get from one side to the other.
