    thick! (duh)

Burgerville here in the Northwest has the best by far, so good they have warning labels. The only decent thing about going over the hill to Portland on road trips. Their hambugers are top-notch organic beef also, not that feed lot 'the meat from over 100 cows in each 1/4 pound burger' stuff you get from your typical fast food place. They are only in orthern Oregon and southern Washiongton though, mostly along I-5.

...................don't even get me started on the killer sweet potato fries they have this time of year!

Thick, so thick it hurts my mouth when I try to suck it through the straw. Only one place makes them like this: In and out burger. Trust me, anyone who likes them thin will not go back if they have had an In and out shake.

    I am with you there.

I just hate it when I am standing in line to order a milk shake and the woman in front of me tells the clerk.Be sure to make mine "thin".

I don't know about you but it makes me feel like this guy is going to make the next one thin.

    Order milk lady. :soap:

    I think I just met mini ME!;f

    I whole heartedly second that!

Burgerville is a little high priced but they make a killer shake. Now, if they only increased their variety.

Don't forget the BV fried wallawalla onion rings!

Thick, naturally. But with my cholesteral problem I can't indulge as much as I'd like to.

However...believe it or not, I have one of those little home milk shake mixer thingies and I can make a fairly passable shake using lite ice cream and 1% milk.

Breyer's lite vanilla, 1% milk, and just a splash of Hershey's choc syrup and trust me, it's really pretty good.

If I can't hold it upside down for a few seconds and not lose any, It's too thin.

Homemade with haagen-daz, only a little bit thick, since taste matters more than texture.

Yes! In N Out shakes are GOOD. Thick, fresh, and simple, coupled with fresh food.

    Hungry...

Never forget that it's pretty easy to knock out a killer shake at home in 20 seconds!

Ice cream, milk, lil' half and half, vanilla extract, Splenda...

or add instant coffee and Kahlua...

Tons of strawberries or Mango in the blender with stuff in the second line above...

    Mango shakes rule!

    Killer fun!

THICK CHOCOLATE MALTED! Chocolate ice cream ONLY. No vanilla. Maybe some coffee added for a mocha malted. PERFECT.
