Military selects rarely used charge for Bergdahl case

    http://news.yahoo.com/military-selects-rarely-used-charge-bergdahl-case-144326544.html

    Goes to "court" Sept. 17.

Will be interesting to see how the candidates comment on this. Wonder what obamma will say???? Could become a political "hot potato".

He should be charged with giving aid and comfort to the enemy, along with CinC.

He definitely needs to be Kansas for a few (many) years, or is the max penalty a bullet to the head?

Wanna bet this will be one of O's pardons as he leaves office ? Assuming a conviction of course,

Whatever he gets charged with. Any bets on Obama pardoning him before he leaves office?

So if he's pardoned, does his dishonorable change to honorable?

Don't worry, Obama will not only pardon Berdaghl, but he will propose him for nomination for the Nobel Peace Prize.

Obama wants thus to be off the radar and it is staying there. A pardon just makes too much noise. Look for a commutation of his sentence in 20 years.

A couple of days before he leaves office. He will not care. 20 years and he will have no say in the matter.

He deserted and willfully sought out the enemy. Sounds like a slam dunk.

IMO, the Bergdahl case should never have been a "political football." Pvt Bergdahl deserted in a active theater of operations, jeopardized his unit, and indirectly responsible for the deaths of several soldiers.

Papa was a Rollin' stone... err... Muslim stoner.
    President's father was too.

It was the third of September
The day I'll always remember, yes I will
'Cause that was the day that my daddy died
I never got a chance to see him
Never heard nothing but bad things about him
Mama, I'm depending on you, to tell me the
    truth

And mama just hung her head and said,
Son, papa was a rollin stone...my son 'now
Wherever he laid his hat was his home
And when he died, all he left me was alone
    eh! eh! eh! eh..
Papa was a rollin' stone, my son
Wherever he laid his hat was his home
And when he died, all he left me was alone

    Well, well

Hey mama, is it true what they say
That papa never worked a day in his life

And mama, some bad talk going around town
saying That papa had three outside children and
    a new other wife
    And that ain't right

Heard some talk about papa doing some store
    front preaching
Talking about saving souls and all the time
    leeching
Dealing in dirt and stealing in the name of
    the Lord
Mama just hung her head and said
Papa was a rollin' stone, my son
Wherever he laid his hat was his home
And when he died all he left us was alone
    Now listen to me...
    papa was a rollin' stone
Wherever he laid his hat was his home
And when he died all he left us was alone

    Now..now..now...

    Uh!

Hey mama, I heard papa called himself a jack

    of all trades
Tell me is that what sent Papa to an early

    grave
Folk say papa would beg, borrow, steal to

    pay his bill
Hey mama, folk say that papa never was much

    on thinking
Spent most of his time chasing women and

    drinking
Mama, I'm depending on you to tell me the

    truth

Mama looked up with a tear in her eye and

    said,
Son, papa was a rollin' stone (well, well,

    well, well)
Wherever he laid his hat was his home
And when he died all he left us was alone
    Papa was a rollin' stone
Wherever he laid his hat was his home
And when he died all he left us was alone

I said, papa was a rollin' stone
Wherever he laid his hat was his home
And when he died all he left us was alone

He should have been shot and kicked into a ravine along with the scumbags that were present for the exchange along with the trading stock we brought along for his sorry ass. :steamed:

I agree with the rarely used charge part. How about a thousand pound FAE.

No bets from me against that. I am afraid that Zero will pardon all the criminals if he can, and will do so right after Congress leaves for Christmas break in 2016. They will be released before the Congress can come back in session or the Judicial branch can block the action. Just a thought.
