Ingredients: 1 cup raw peanuts 1 cup sugar 1/2 cup white corn syrup 1/8 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon baking soda 1 teaspoon vanilla 1 teaspoon butter In a microwave safe bowl ( 1 1/2 quart ) mix in the peanuts, sugar, syrup and salt. Cook on high for 4 minutes, stir well, then cook another 4 minutes. Stir in the Butter and vanilla. Cook for 1 minute. Add in the baking soda and stir qucikly. This will froth up the mixture. Immediately pour onto a lightly buttered of stick-free baking pan. If you don't spread the mixture, the peanut butter will have a lot different texture than the old fashioned stuff. Not as brittle, and definitely easeier on the teeth. Please note: These time work well for my microwave. As always, you may have to experiment with times.
