Microsoft Office XP Professional with Publisher version 2002 for Windows. Includes the 3 CDs, plus Office XP Service Pack 1 and OEM pre-installation kit CD.

I no longer have it installed on a computer and will sign a receipt that transfers all rights to the buyer. I purchased it new, so no one else has the serial number.
Includes the OEM CDs as pictured--no box, manuals, etc. CD case has serial number and certificate of authenticity on the back.
Since this software comes with a unique product key, it cannot be returned under any circumstances, so be sure it's what you want.
