Good for them , they saved that kid's life, and it helped that two of them were nurses.

After acknowledging the rescuers maybe they should have called out the parent (s) who left a 2yo unattended at a pool

I will not fault the others in the pool for not initially responding as they did not have the point-of-view the camera did. Where were the parents? HH

Police investigated the incident and have turned the case over to the Wayne County Prosecutor’s Office.

Good for the nurses. Saving the life of a child must help offset some of the heart breaking things they must go thru. It is all fun until someone gets hurt. You have to keep your eyes on kids that young at all times when they are around water. At least this mother gets another chance. They should not allow a pool to be in use unless someone on site knows CPR. What luck having a couple of nurses in the hotel. That child might not have survived long enough for the emergency responders to get there and work their magic.

People don’t keep track of kids?
I remember being at a hotel pool with my brother. He disappeared. I checked pool, sauna... about to raise alarm.
It seems the pool was inside, outside pool. But in winter the divider was not in place in water. Outside covered with insulated cover. He barely got out of.
He lost his wedding ring so I dove under the cover until I found it.

That is really hard to watch. I have an eagle eye for kids when I am around water. I cannot imagine this happening when I am around. It would be heartbreaking, even in the case where the child was revived. How horrible for everyone involved.
