You got me cracking up with the "behind the house" but then again you are in MI. Nice job.

Do you mind telling us the distance and what choke did you use with the hevishot#4s?

"You got me cracking up with the "behind the house"..."

Yup, even though I was probably 3/4 of a mile behind the house, my house was still the only one I was behind... man do I LOVE the boonies! ;)

"Do you mind telling us the distance and what choke did you use with the hevishot#4s?"

Distance was 30 to 35 yards & I used an Improved Cylinder (IC) choke. By the way, I shot this turkey out of the air… ;f

I know! Last time I was up there, I was on US10 outside of Baldwin. I had to stop 3 times to let about 200 cross the road. Manistee nat'l forest would probably be a good place to go for a public land hunt, don't you think?

Have you tried the deep fried turkey yet?

If not I highly suggest you give it a whirl. Best damn turkey I've ever had.
