That’s a functional work of art @seanmac45!
Enjoy it in the best of health.

That will make an awesome carry gun.

Bet that baby is tight.
Nice piece, congrats!
Well done! Congrats!!!
Update; got in a quick range trip today (no mean feat in December) and put 100 rounds downrange. The gun ate everything, ball, 185 gr JHP, 230 gr Hydra-Shoks and was pleasant to shoot. Me? I was having an off day, but the pistol performed very well indeed. Just have to put a couple of hundred more rounds through it before it becomes carry certified.
Thanks for all the upbeat posts.
thanks for taking the time for the post-range report. How "wet" do you keep her while shooting? Do you use any grease as opposed to oil? Sorry for the questions.
No worries! The pistol came very wet from the manufacturer and I was in a hurry, so it was shot as lubed upon arrival. I will definitely add more oil before further shooting. I use either Remoil or Wilson Combat oil. BTW the pistol came with a large bottle of WC oil, which was a nice touch. Especially since I was running low.
Thank you. Congratulations and Merry Christmas
Excellent pistola !!!
I've been authorized to order my first Wilson next year some time, and it's a trip trying to decide exactly what I want!
Very fine gun. Congrats.
First someone buys a Yost, now this. People are stepping up to the 1911 plate lately. I like it.
Beautiful! Merry Christmas indeed!
Damn, that's nice
Yeah. I was going to reply but just created another thread. There is just something about the 1911 that keeps drawing me back.
