Mine is a replica built by a German Coach builder to exact specs. An original just sold for $4.5 million. I don’t have that deep of pockets. Silver with red leather.

Must have been an alloy body. 4.5 million seems steep otherwise.

2006 SLK55 AMG.

Just picked it up about three years ago with less than 40,000 miles. It's a really fun car, except when you try to load long arms for a trip to the range, or pack for a serious road trip.

Right now I think I have a line on another '06, this one an SL55 AMG Renntech. We'll see.
