    Welcome to my world.
My wife, thanks to her mother, is absolutely obsessed with cleaning our condo. She actually looks forward to it.
Me? I'm not a slob. In fact, I'm relatively neat and very organized. But it's never good enough for her. So years ago, I gave up and said, "Well, you do your thing, I'll do mine."
I don't think she likes that.

Well glad to here that things are ok. Now as far as being together a whole, whole, lot more, well your going to really find out just how much you have in common, but also find things that you really, really don't have in common. You both will still need some individual time at least occasionally. Later.

Mentally I'm doing OK but with the need to see a chiro and get the hip and back worked on is a bit taking a small toll on my sleep. I am not the most social of people but I would really enjoy going to the local burger joint for a greasy bacon cheese burger and a bunch of tots.

We have been together for almost 40 years. We both know exactly what we do and don't have in common.
We also both are very capable of finding ways to have our alone times.
    But thanks for your concern.

Well I have cable TV. I hardly watch network TV ever except when Pacific Storms are rolling in, then I watch the local weather. I'm a fan of movies and live sports, normally I would be watching "March Madness" and then some spring training games of MLB. I have already been billed for the MLB season for $120.00. I'm not concerned about that, I think it will work itself out in a few months.

I love comedy I always have, my sister and I grew up eating chocolate long johns and watching "The Three Stooges" before going to school that day. Maybe around seven years ago I found a show called "Ridiculousness" on MTV while channel surfing. Wow, what a fantastic, funny show. Kinda like AFV(America's Funniest Videos) only a little more adult.

I have never ever seen them go political on the show, they just do funny clips gleamed from the Internet and they are extremely good at it. They also run blocks of shows a couple times a week and always on the weekends. Friday thru Monday many times and that's even into the wee hours. I'm watching now as I type. If you have cable and have MTV check out that show, I think you will laugh a whole lot, and laughter soothes the soul. Later.

OMG NO! I'm more like Archie Bunker when it comes to Dear Abby. Yikes! Still I have been called much worse. Like my dad used to say "Call me whatever you want, just don't call me late for dinner".

Me either, and after faith, I let common sense and logic control my life, that and a large dash of humor.

I think we have satellite. Dish Network or something similar, but to be honest, I don't even know for sure how to turn the thing on. The only reason it is there is because my wife wants it. TV is one of the things we do not have in common.

If I do want to watch something, I slip a disc into one of my laptops, or log Netflix or Amazon Prime.

I made an amazing grilled swiss and bacon sandwich on brioche with a sprinkle of garlic powder. I'm now watching the pressor, drinking some Stoli and ice. We're thus far healthy. Our income hasn't changed. Our bills are paid. I guess that rates a 10!

Working from home and limiting my exposure to other people, though my wife has had to return to her office. More worried about wife's mother and father who are both in their 80's, and her brother who has a compromised immune system due to fighting a brain tumor.

Well I grew up watching the Three Stooges and I always dream that when one of those idiot MSMers ask a politically pointed question that is hardly about CV19, I just wish a pie would come out of nowhere and hit that smug-a** person right in the kisser. image.gif

I'm good and so is wife. Retired and sort of loner anyways. Put an 8 but do miss fishing, clamming, and just reading at the beach or driving to Ore or Ca just to do it.
Sun out today so working on deck. Relaxing even if not sure what I am doing.
Netflix, Hulu and Amazon Prime streaming are main evening activities.
Just pretending I am back on a ship deployed. It will pass.

Went four wheeling/turkey scouting for four hours today. Had a great burger from a small town diner, takeout of course. 78 for a high and overcast....perfect day.

As long as my health, my loved ones and friends health holds up I’m doing good.

A few weeks ago I got a big promotion and a big raise. Last week my company that I’ve been with for 27 years, laid off 30% of It’s workforce, and everyone else took a 10-15% wage cut. We are deemed essential but very slow. I’m thankful to still be working for now. My wife’s off work but getting full pay.

As far as my every day life goes other than not being able to go to the gym or bar little has changed.
