Cambridge, England. "The Cambridge American Cemetery and Memorial site in England, 30.5 acres in total, was donated by the University of Cambridge. It lies on a slope with the west and south sides framed by woodland. The cemetery contains the remains of 3,812 of our military dead; 5,127 names are recorded on the Tablets of the Missing. Most died in the Battle of the Atlantic or in the strategic air bombardment of northwest Europe."

Memorial Day is a day to remember, honor and reflect upon those that have paid the Ultimate Price, for our Freedom.
It's not just 'another day off from work', or just a day to have a cookout.

To all of the Active members of the Armed Forces. . . . Thank You for your Service.
I also want to say Thank You, to all of the veterans of our Armed Forces.
You all have my deepest admiration and respect.

To those that have family members that have paid the Ultimate Price, I grieve with you.
And even though my words will never be read by those that have paid the Ultimate Price, Thank You. Your fight for Freedom has not been in vain.
May you forever Rest in Peace.
You will always be in my thoughts and prayers.
