Support developing treatments and vaccines. When ready make them available. Otherwise it is what it is and people have enough information to decide how they will adjust or not to living with the threat. That is the plan and acceptable to me. Hopefully they can kill off any more govt trillion dollar handouts.

I think that is his plan. The government is not your mommy or daddy make your own plan and the government can leave you to it.

Your socialist dem buddies aren't wearing masks when they think the cameras are off.
There is still a thing called freedom. You are free to be as afraid and gullible as you wish.

Wrong. We are tested every Monday. This includes staff and patients.

FL. Our Governor says get on with life or hunker down you decide. He tells schools to stop closing because they get a few cases. We got a lot of cases, hospitals are fine, and 83% of our deaths are over 65 in age and the vast majority of the rest have serious issues before the virus. If you are high risk protect yourself the rest just don't be dumb. He is not up for election this cycle.

About 6 weeks ago Ohio gave a list of RED counties. said covid cases and hospitalizations high in those areas. I was listening to the Bill Cunningham show on 700 wlw in cincinnati. Bill was mentioning this on his show. A county commissioner then contacted his cty health director and called into the show. Basically the health director told him he had NO IDEA what the STATE was reporting about. They only had a couple in the hospital. Just a couple deaths and they were over 70 and were in nursing homes and or had serious health conditions. Plus no surge of new cases either.

There was also another anchor on wlw whose wife had a child at a large cincinnati hospital. The hospital had converted the new maternity building to covid only. He asked a nurse about it. The nurse told him it was waste and they were lucky to average 1 patient.

I was at a doctors appt and overheard the DR in the next room discussing covid. He told the patient, dont believe the numbers. He said all these counties and agencies get additional funds and funding for each positive case! The DR is very conservative! He basically alluded there was some scamming going on by skewed the positive cases.

And the tests are known to be flawed...

What you seem to think is a ruler is a rubber band and can be manipulated to keep you in line with your masters wishes... Continue to live in fear, it’s a dark lonely place.

Yes, Trump has done a great job, saving over two million lives. There were projections of over 2.2 million deaths, and thanks to Trump, only slightly over 200,000 have died. And the 200,000 figure has been greatly exaggerated, according to recent news stories.

Do not wear masks, gather in HUGE crowds, and avoid washing your grubby hands. I am sure you will be fine and covid will simply go away ;)

I think the primary element of the president’s plan is to encourage us to act like freedom-loving Americans and quit acting like a bunch of scared little kids. He’s been doing a fair job of leading by example, though I wish he would be more blunt. He may very well have overestimated the fortitude of most of the country, but I guess the election will tell us that. If there are truly enough people out there who want their federal government to mandate masks, make businesses close, and prohibit peaceful assembly, then this country may be beyond help. Yes, the media deserves our derision for telling us that we’re all going to get sick and die because Trump is a bad man. But if that many people were weak-minded enough to buy it, we were in pretty sad shape already.

I’ve said elsewhere on here that I know the virus is real and very dangerous to a segment of our population. Those people who are older and have chronic conditions should be careful. Those of us that are in reasonably good health should do everything we can to help those at higher risk be able to isolate. We should also go about our lives as if we are the freedom-loving kind of Americans that have always kept this country running. If you’re healthy, getting Covid is not the worst thing that could happen. Take your time off to recover and then get back out there and be part of the solution.

I expect to catch this bug at some point. I’m healthy and I work out daily, and more so since Covid started. I also know there’s still a very small chance I could die from it. If that happens, some will whisper snide comments about how I should have worn a mask. That’s still better than being remembered for being a whiny virtue-signaling b****. I’m teaching my kids that fear is no virtue.

I’m not technologically literate enough to do it myself, but could someone post the new video here for Five Finger Death Punch “Living the Dream”? In my opinion, it hits the nail on the head concerning this subject.

Why don’t you go back to the DU, where your opinions are lauded? Only your DU trolls like your posts.
