    Can any Massachusetts residents give me the scoop on whether it is legal to ship hollow point ammo into your state? Please reference source if you have it.

    From what I understand the seller\shipper needs to get a letter from the recipient stating there is no legal reason to prohibit them from receiving ammunition along with a photo copy of their firearms license. I've had hollowpoint AK ammo shipped here.

    I bought over 11K JHP's last month. Didn't have to sign anything. Guess it depends on who you're dealing with. Midway won't even ship componants here.:)
