I read somewhere here that some harbor patrols or possibly coast guard use glocks? I am wanting to hear some experience with the corrosion resistance of these guns.

I have been carrying mine in my tacklebox on all my 2-3 day inshore saltwater fishing trips. So far so good, no rust, no problems.

Some of the most rust resistant guns out there. My glocks have all been more corrosion resistant than my stainless guns.

I believe the Florida Wildlife Commission uses Glocks

I doubt there are many other state agencies that spend as many hours total on salt water as does FWC. This is a guess on my part based on the length of the coast line and the number of adequate boating days per year.
