Though I agree this guy should be punished for assaulting a minor, I can't believe it took a Grand Jury Indictment to actually charge him with a crime.

    Really?

I don’t care how it was done just as long as it was done. People have lost their minds over trump and it’s time people like this and Antifa realize that you can’t get away with assaulting and stealing from people because you don’t like their political views.

Excellent, maybe he will come in contact with some Trump supporters, if convicted.

Thewitt is on to it. The DA wanted political cover. Depending upon the jurisdiction, the police would present the case workup to the city attorney or district attorney. If it were a political hot potato, the da would refer it to the grand jury so he or she would not take responsibility for recommending a charge.

If it was a guy assaulting someone with a "Hope and Change" hat, or a LGBTQ rainbow shirt, there would have been an arrest warrant the next day.

In jail? Doubtful. Prisoners are democRAT. That's why democRAT politicians want them freed so they can vote for democRATs.

San Antonio's new DA is a liberal, Soros bought and paid for POS, up for reelection.

Yes, really; there are many testicle-free prosecutors in office, conversely, there are a few smart ones who know how low the threshold is for an indictment as opposed to filing for a warrant on information.

Trump's campaign manager, Brad Parscale, is from there, I guess. He's always taking shots at him on Twitter. Or maybe it is the mayor. Anyway, there's no love lost between the two and it's fun to watch Brad cut him down to size.

Charged with a felony for one moment of childish gratification.

Yep...and even if he manages to avoid jail-time, which he most likely will, he must pay for his defense and if he has assets, may face a civil case as well...all in all, a winner for the kid and a loser for the perp.
