Nobody is going to have a easy time taking my stuff. I wouldn't let them have it...they are going to have to fight for it.

    Well, color me surprised.

Still, an excellent job all the way around. One is maggot food, two can go on felony murder, homeowner goes on narcotics, wife is an accesory before the fact, Child Services can place the kids. Dog goes to Animal Control, no one cares about the cat, and would the last one out turn off the lights?

What Sam said. Good riddance to bad rubbish. The only way it could have gone better is if all the 'home invaders' got a long dirt nap.

They were both criminals, I wanted to read about a law-abiding citizen protecting his home... not a drug trafficer lol.

    I agree, this is Win/Win/Win/Win..

I just hope the kids get solid placement. On the surface though, the shoot sounds justified, but the homeowners certainly lived a lifestyle that would encourage this sort of thing.

If he was involved with committing a felony (Having narcotics in his home) I think he just lost his claim for a justifiable shooting. At least in some states I think that is the case.

I don't know about all that...I can't believe that even in some states that what you have in your home can justify breaking in? Even if it was YOUR cocaine or YOUR stuff or whatever you still can't break it to take it back...I think...who knows though things are getting crazy all over.

The best outcome would have been if they had all killed each other.

Would have saved society some time and money.

I'm particularly distressed that nobody cares about the cat.

    :tempted:

And hey! Druggies have rights too! If someone is kicking down the door for payment, that's good enough reason to ventilate them. Why can't they take credit cards like everyone else....

If the guy has a wife and kids at home and is dealing drugs then he is a dirt bag that should go to jail. He put his family in harms way. I'm glad he was at least able to defend them and they were not harmed. Maybe now the wife and kids can move on and live a safer life without him. Agreed more scumbags off the streets is a good thing all the way around.
