Got a call this morning from a family friend.

Below, as it was related to us.

Her brother was returning from a wedding...not sure who was driving. Vehicle got stopped by the police. During the process of the stop 1 of the officer's guns "accidentally" discharged, hitting this man. He died as a result of the gun shot wound.

I told my wife (she fields the calls between 6-10am, I handle everything from midnight - 6 ) that there was more to the story...we'll see what the papers have to report tomorrow (not in the USA).

    'Drew

That is really suspicious. Update us when you find out what excuse they could possibly have for this.

That really sucks. Any cop who kills someone via ND shouldn't be a cop.

While it sounds suspicious I wouldn't be surprised if it were true. Anyone seen the video of a cop holding a suspect on the ground while another cop is standing pointing a gun at him? The gun goes off and misses the guy's head by no more than a few inches.

Actually that happened in Oakland, CA. My parents live about 20 miles from the train station where the shooting occurred. You can find the video on Youtube.

Hi folks. Yes ChiefWPD, Jamaica, last night. If it makes the news (rarely does), I will link to the story.

Black mark against it making the news is that the fellow is from "Jones Town" Kingston, which is one of the most depraved areas of Kingston, ruled by area dons and gangs who align themselves with one of the two major political parties.

Shootings and deaths in these areas is so common it is almost passe.
