I believe it was RussP who I heard say:

"You can have a gun, you can have a temper, but you can't have both".

I'm glad the idiot was arrested.

Florida has the 10-20-Life law. Since he used a firearm in a crime, it should be an automatic 10 year sentence.

For those that don't know, you get 20 if you discharge the firearm and a minimum of 25 if someone is shot.

Yes, but what they don't tell you is 99% of the time the pathetic States Attorney will allow them to plea it down. Very, very few people have gotten 10/20 or life since that law hit the books. Go justice system !

I'm not going to continue a water hose fight when the other guy pulls a gun.

Both of these people were wrong...one threatned with non lethal and the dumber one responded with DF.

Over dog piss...and gun rights are under fire why ???

So which is more deadly, a hose with strong water pressure or a .25?

those mandatory minimum deterrent sentences are crap when all they do is plea it down to 6 months and $2,500 fine.

At least he wasn't the *** who "sprayed his assailant with the hose, then ran into his house and called police.":rofl::rofl:

I'd be entertained to see that guy shot just for being a sissy.

Folks, an occasional expletive might be tolerated, but not to the degree in this thread.
