Which definition of "free speech" are we talking about?

    1. The one in the first amendment that says, "Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the government for a redress of grievances."

    2.
Or the politically correct BS one that says a person has the right to piss and moan, and say anything they want and expect everybody to listen to their cry baby ass?

The first one should not be regulated under any circumstances.
The second one we might want to take a look at.

JB is remarkably consistent. His views are remarkably idiotic, but he's consistent in them.

    Take a bow, JB.

kind of hard to appreciate your freedoms when your born with them and didn't earn them, the communists in academia are breeding a class of people who will eventually destroy that freedom

The first amendment was designed so citizens could disagree with and criticize the government without fear of retaliation or imprisonment.

Today it's been bastardized to mean that anyone has the right to say anything they want, anywhere they want.
It's so bad that many people even think that they have a Constitutional right to be heard, and that people have to
    listen to them.

Could that be what the college students think should be regulated?

It's easy to be against something someone else does.........Until it becomes something you want to do, and now you can't.

You don't say? Just the government, or do we get to speak our minds on other issues, too?

On a related note, who do I get to worship? Your version of God, or do I have freedom of my own conscience?

For you. Others are allowed to make mistakes. God's greatest gift and burden, free will.

No. That free will means you have the choice to obey God or suffer the consequences.
    Nothing more.

Apparently, the Bill of Rights is just not "hip" enough or "cool" enough these days. So sad.

Tender snowflakes get so upset when they are offended.

Mommy and daddy should keep them at home and protect them from the cold hard world forever.

The leftist indoctrination by academia is working.

The real translation of their answer is in typical leftist democrap fashion. They are in favor of regulating mine and your freedom of speech, but not their own. They've been indoctrinated in the model proposed by what they've experienced during their 4+ years in their overpriced, dumbed-down, indoctrination centers.
