Just purchased one of these in 30-06. It has the muzzle break already attached. I must say the weapon is accurate and very fun to shoot. I normally hunt with a Taurus Raging Bull .454 Casull and the recoil of the Lone Eagle is not as hard as the Taurus.

Can't wait for Deer Hunting. I put a Nikon red dot scope on it for Minnesota woods hunting but will try a scope if I go out west for Mule Deer or Elk.

To the range I go! See ya.

Checked out http://www.magnumresearch.com and I dig the Lone Eagle! I am a novice handgun hunter and will be buying my first dedicated rig this season or next. I carry a Ruger SBH .44Mag whenever I hunt but as a back up. My father-in-law has taken deer with his 30-30 TC Contender, Ruger Redhawk and last season with his new Ruger SBH Hunter. I've thought about a Hunter as well but I really like the SRH In .480 Ruger. Nice ballistics. The Lone Eagle comes in some interesting calibers too. Sweet gun. Congrats and good luck.
