That's a nice milestone in life. Celebrate!
Congratulations! The same time next month you'll wonder "what am I going to do with this couple of $thousand$ (or whatever your mortgage $$$ was) going forward?"
Been there in 2006 or 2007. All of a sudden, a freed up $2300 a month. It felt great that first month. Then realized it was time to put that amount away towards the kids' college funds! LOL There's always another expense around the corner!!!!
You've only stopped paying Peter to pay Paul. Congrats nevertheless.
Congrats! I'll be there soon. 12 more for me.
I've been paid off for 6-7 years.................
Nice going! Feels good, don't it. Now, no matter what else happens, you got a roof over your head and something that no body can take from you. Enjoy that. It's freedom.
Congratulations! Well done.
Congratulations! I made my last about 5 years ago. It’s great! Don’t blow all that extra money you’re saving. It just gets absorbed like if you’re not careful.
Congratulations, great feeling isn’t it!
Congratulations, your home no longer belongs to the bank! Maybe now your credit score can go down!!
(sorry, it does happen...keep an eye on it and continue to use your credit cards, etc., because you never know when you might need to borrow again in the future)
Except for the taxes and insurance.
Debby Downer heard from (its what I do best).
Congratulations, that's awesome!
Congratulations, Sir! That is a truly awesome place to be, and a real cause for celebration!
I bet its a great feeling for sure, but you`ll find something else to spend the money on. I`ve never had a mortgage in my life, paid cash, free an clear. Taxes on my place are killing me though. Gone up every year for the past 10yrs. NY dont like disabled/retired folks living here. Pretty sure (Rinspeed) can vouch for the extremely high taxes here in NY.
The mortgage burning thing? Couldnt tell ya what thats like, never got to do that. Did i miss anything with that???
when ya get bored with that dozer, just let me know brother! Congrats on the paid off home!
Debt free is an awesome feeling!
That’s great Rin. A celebration is in order....and/or a new firearm.
Congratulations on a great achievement!!
Pretty great feeling isn’t it?
Congrats- I can’t wait to see how that feels.
